This course has a essential practical nature, but intends to give the student the theoretical basis to understand the different processes to work on satellite images to obtain a final product. The student will have specific software to work on high and low resolution images. The basis, atmospheric and geometric corrections, digital image treatment, radar, are also included in this course together with practical works applied to forestall ecosystems, woods, farming, environment sciences, meteorology, cartography and oceanography.
